Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. We ship USPS Priority or FedEx both domestic and international. You may select your preferred method of shipping at checkout.
All orders of items in stock are fulfilled within 2 business days of receipt. If your item is made to order or currently out of stock, please allow 1 - 2 weeks to ship. You will receive a shipment notification e-mail with tracking information upon fulfillment.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise incurred during shipment.
Residents of California will be subject to 9.5% sales tax per state regulations.
International orders may incur additional tax, customs and import duties levied by the customer’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. We declare the full invoice value in USD for all international shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted of unworn/unused unwashed or defective items up to 10 days after customer receipt. Please e-mail us at email@example.com to initiate a return or exchange. All sales are final after 10 days of receipt. Items bought on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges. Exchanges of lesser value will result in a credit towards our online store. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment received.
